Product description:
BOPP thermal lamination film is a transparent "protective shell" for printed materials. It consists of 2 main layers:
BOPP base film: Biaxially oriented polypropylene. This thin yet strong material offers excellent clarity and perfectly displays the colors of your design.
Pre-coated adhesive layer: During the production process, a thermal adhesive (EVA) is applied to the film. Heat and pressure activate this layer during application with thermal laminator, firmly adhering the film to paper printing.
Simply put, this is a composite material created through heat and pressure that provides a high definition, high strength protective layer for printed products.
The Difference between regular and super sticky thermal lamination film:
Thermal lamination film for inkjet printing is specially designed inkjet printing. Its adhesive strength level is higher than digital thermal lamination film. Its special adhesive layer ensures perfect compatibility with inkjet inks, preventing delamination.
