What Is BOPP Thermal Lamination Film?

BOPP thermal lamination film is a transparent "protective shell" for printed materials. It consists of 2 main layers:
BOPP base film: Biaxially oriented polypropylene. This thin yet strong material offers excellent clarity and perfectly displays the colors of your design.
Pre-coated adhesive layer: During the production process, a thermal adhesive (EVA) is applied to the film. Heat and pressure activate this layer during application with thermal laminator, firmly adhering the film to paper printing.
Simply put, this is a composite material created through heat and pressure that provides a high definition, high strength protective layer for printed products.
