Product description:
BOPP thermal lamination film is a transparent "protective shell" for printed materials. It consists of 2 main layers:
BOPP base film: Biaxially oriented polypropylene. This thin yet strong material offers excellent clarity and perfectly displays the colors of your design.
Pre-coated adhesive layer: During the production process, a thermal adhesive (EVA) is applied to the film. Heat and pressure activate this layer during application with thermal laminator, firmly adhering the film to paper printing.
Simply put, this is a composite material created through heat and pressure that provides a high definition, high strength protective layer for printed products.
The Difference between regular and super sticky thermal lamination film:
Super sticky thermal lamination film is specially designed for digital printing. This is necessary because digital printing often have silicone oil or thick ink layers on their surfaces, making conventional thermal laminating film difficult to adhere to and prone to problems such as bubbles and film peeling. This super sticky heat laminating film, with its exceptionally strong adhesion, effectively overcomes silicone oil interference, ensuring a secure bond.
Surface Treatment:
Matte surface, anti-reflective and anti-glare. It produces a softer, more subtle, and richer appearance of colors. The lack of glare makes it ideal for reading long texts, effectively reducing eye strain.
